6th of May, 2022 was an important and outstanding day for ALDA network as after 2 year’s break there was a chance to implement General Assembly and related events in person. LDA Armenia delegate Lusine Aleksandryan was also invited to participate in General Assembly entitled “Supporting Local Democracy, Supporting Peace and Resilience” in sunny Strasbourg with ALDA partners, members, local authorities and CSO’s representatives.
The Assembly appointed delegate from LDA Mariupol Tetiana Lomakina to become the chair of the event that was warmly welcomed by the audience. Support and Peace and Solidarity for Ukraine was the red line for all presentations and speeches. General Assembly approved agenda, protocols, financial reports.
General Assembly was of great occasion for LDA Armenia to meet international partners, colleagues for practice, experience and ideas sharing.
