Deliberative democracy Institute organized by Kettering foundation unites 5 continents with the participation of more than 200 activists in Dayton, Ohio, US from 11-14th July. Kettering creates new mechanisms for cultivating democratic engagement, decision-making and problem naming and framing. ALDA EAP coordinator and Project Manager Nino Tvaltvadze and LDA Armenia director Lusine Aleksandryan were among the participants.
