“Local Democracy Agency” foundation invites qualified audit organisations to submit proposals for conducting an independent external financial audit of “Re-Elect” project, funded by the New Democracy Fund.
Audit Assignment
The selected audit organisation will conduct an independent audit of the project’s financial statements and expenditures for the implementation period 15 April 2026 – 15 August 2026, in accordance with applicable International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and issue an independent auditor’s report.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested audit organisations should:
- Be legally registered and licensed to provide audit services.
- Have proven experience in auditing non-governmental organizations and donor-funded projects.
- Conduct audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Conduct the audit in English.
- Demonstrate professional competence and qualifications
Proposal Requirements
Interested companies are requested to submit:
- A financial proposal, including all applicable fees and taxes.
- Company profile and relevant experience.
- Copies of registration and audit license/certification.
